About
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, she gained diverse clinical experiences working in specialties that included bone marrow transplant, post-partum care, and occupational health. These unique areas of practice fostered a passion for health promotion along with an interest in environmental toxicology, epigenetics, and risk assessment.

Over a decade ago, Sue was introduced to Functional Medicine in the process of treating her own health issues. This inspired her to pursue a Master of Science degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition where she graduated with distinction, while also completing an advanced Nutrition Residency with Dr. Kara Fitzgerald.

Sue’s interest in complex illness and neuro-immunology was founded early in her career and continues today. She was among the first group of clinicians to become certified in a Dr. Dale Bredesen’s protocol aimed at the prevention and reversal of Alzheimer’s Disease (ReCODE). Having a family member and countless friends impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease, Sue is passionate about education, early screening and intervention. A keen interest in precision medicine, she is completing advanced certification in genomics with Genoma International.

Sue spends her free time in the kitchen or the garden, experimenting with new concoctions. She loves live music, catching a baseball game or theatre performance and being with those she treasures.
